OUR EXPERIENCE
Leadership and management educational programs were conducted recently in Tanzania, and are currently being led in India. The pilot study on the impact of culture on the understanding and practice of nursing leadership has been presented internationally, and continues to evolve.
In conjunction with TRG consulting, leadership education programs were developed to promote physician leadership development. The basic course is focused on leadership theory and practical application for the physician new to the leadership role. The advanced course uses healthcare trends and interactive discussions as the focal point. The third program brings together physician and administrative partners to increase understanding of respective roles and strengthen relationships.
